Our founder

Keaton Tate founded TMG because he loves working with startups. Fluent in both fortune 500 and startup operations, Keaton spent his career scaling Saie as Head of Operations and optimizing operations for Unilever brands such as Ben & Jerry’s, Knorr and Dove. Now, with experience scaling over 20 startups, he’s bringing his expertise to emerging brands through TMG – providing full supply chain, operations & financial management. Keaton graduated from the Gartner-ranked Top 3 Supply Chain Program at the University of Tennessee.

Meet the team

The TMG team is made up of supply chain, operations, and finance leaders who think big, execute quickly, and don’t mind getting their hands dirty.

  • Eliza is a seasoned operations professional with a decade of experience at The Home Depot, where she spearheaded major initiatives across supply chain and inventory management. She managed inventory strategies for product categories exceeding $150M, launched over 100 cross-dock warehouses to support direct-to-customer growth, and led the rollout of a new inventory application to optimize supply planning. A proud graduate of the University of Tennessee’s Top 3-ranked Supply Chain Program, Eliza holds dual degrees in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. At TMG, she leverages her operational expertise to help fast-growing businesses scale efficiently and sustainably.

  • Chris brings a deep passion for simplifying and scaling finance functions for early-stage companies. His experience spans from pre-revenue startups to Fortune 100 giants, having led teams across controllership, FP&A, and solution architecture. Prior to joining TMG, Chris specialized in building automated reporting systems, streamlining financial processes, and driving data transparency for high-growth brands. At TMG, he helps startups develop the financial infrastructure they need to scale confidently—taking a practical, systems-oriented approach to cash flow management, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
